Douglas W. Atkinson
Doug Atkinson is a native Texan who has lived in Montgomery County since 1976. He attended The University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M University, and graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors Degree in Speech Communication in 1994. He continued his education at South Texas College of Law where he was President of the Student Bar Association and received the highest grade in both Criminal Procedure and Criminal Trial Advocacy. He was awarded his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1998.
Immediately upon graduating law school, Doug began his criminal law practice in Conroe, Texas. Since 1998, Doug has focused his legal career on DWI, BWI, and DUI cases as well as defending those charged with a broad spectrum of criminal offenses.
